Touch Type Titans runs mixed age group, after-school or intensive holiday courses for 9-18 year olds.

EVERYONE, at whatever age, benefits from learning to touch type but the move from junior to senior school is a particularly great time to learn.

At this point, children have not yet perfected their own ‘hunt and peck’ method to use a keyboard and there are therefore no bad habits to overcome. Many senior schools now ask students to use laptops regularly in class and a significant number of children these days use computers for GCSEs and A levels – preparing early for all of this is always helpful but it is never too late to learn.

Each child goes at their own pace, with bags of encouragement, from their tutor, to do their best ( non-edible incentives also help!). All Titans 10 week and Intensive courses are open to children in school Year 5 or above. There are special, small group lessons for children in Year 4 or below.
